The self-care app that helps you fight anxiety, build healthy habits and track your mental health. Key Features are: MOOD AND ANXIETY TRACKER Track symptoms and leave effortless voice and video memos. We combine your entries with your location and weather information as well as moon phases to provide deeper insight in what influences your mood and anxiety. We connect to Health Kit to combine mood & anxiety with health data e.g. sleep, exercise, heart rate, menstrual cycle, step count in order to give you even more insights. POWERFUL BREATHING EXERCISES We have a set of breathing exercises for every situation. You can adapt repetition and speed to make it more comfortable. We connect to Apple Watch in order to measure heart rate during the breathing exercise so you can see how effective it was. BUILD HEALTHY ROUTINES We offer healthy habit suggestions for goals such as reducing stress and anxiety. We also recommend frequency of the tasks. The app fully supports accessibility features such as voice over. Habit Tracker. Plus, we offer cute pandas for Messenger.
